An Intimate Ski Town Dinner Party: Behind the Scenes of a Park City Private Chef

 
 

As a tenured personal chef for dinner parties, Charlotte is always honored to serve repeat clients over the years. This was actually her third time to treat this sweet couple (and their friends!) to a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Every ski season, Keri and Jess (who love to cook themselves) invite their close friends and family to visit them where they are able to take in the beautiful sights and events going on in and around Park City, UT and then end one of their days with an intimate dinner party led by Chef Charlotte.

Keri and her friends enjoy red meat, but Jess is a vegetarian. Keri’s parents like fish, so when Charlotte curates the menus for their group dinners, it must reflect multiple food preferences along with some fine-tuned wine pairings since Keri and Jess have a pretty impressive home wine selection.

For a more lively and interactive event, Charlotte enjoys having the kitchen open where the guests can be seated nearby - feet away from the action - and available to ask questions and stay engaged during the food prep. At one of these types of dinner parties with Keri, Jess, and their families, Charlotte was able to orchestrate a true “chef’s table” type of experience that was not quite a cooking lesson but included a more “hands on” dining experience with their guests.

It's easy to see that these two not only enjoy an adventurous lifestyle, but an adventurous menu...all while enjoying the company of those they hold dear.
